The home is located within Miralon, a private gated community in North Palm Springs, approximately eight minutes by car from downtown Palm Springs. It’s location adjacent to the 10 makes getting to Los Angeles or anywhere in the Coachella Valley easy.
Its location provides easy access to Palm Springs restaurants, shopping, hiking, arts and culture while offering a quieter residential environment with extensive outdoor and recreational amenities.

Miralon is a gated residential community in Palm Springs known for its contemporary desert architecture, extensive amenities and unusual landscape.
Instead of a traditional golf course, the community features approximately 7,000 olive trees connected by seven miles of walking paths.
