The Bedroom has a king size bed, high quality bed linens, WiFi, sofa, closet, safe, and a writing desk. Facing south, it has a wonderful view of the Dachstein and its glacier.

When renovating the Bathroom, a lot of attention was paid to the details and tradition of the former gardener's house. The light-filled space features original tile from times long past, shower, 2 vanities, high quality towels, natural & vegan care products, and a hairdryer. Bathrobes are available upon request and are free of charge.

The cottage has a truly relaxing Living Room which features a comfortable seating area, cable TV, and WiFi.

There is also a unique built-in Alcove Bed that offers a great spot for quiet contemplation, reading a book, or listening to music. The alcove can also serve as an additional bed.

A small Anteroom off the dining room welcomes you with a comfortable leather chair to relax in beside a 120-year-old functional wood burning stove that was found in the basement of the building during renovation work.

On the First Floor Terrace, you can enjoy your breakfast with the sunrise and a fantastic view of Villa Liechtenstein. The balcony features a dining table with 4 chairs and sun lounger.

In addition, you have access to your own Sun Terrace adjacent to the house that has a dining area and sun loungers.
