In addition, there is a fourth floor Kitchenette with small Dining Area nestled alongside the Family Room and 2 Bedrooms, where you'll conveniently find a refrigerator, sink, espresso machine, and tea kettle.

The formal Dining Room on the first floor overlooks the Courtyard Garden. This exquisitely decorated space features a large dining table with upholstered chairs that can seat up to 10 people.

The home has five spacious and elegantly decorated living rooms. On the second floor, there is a Music Room with piano, as well as a Media Room with a 65” Smart TV, soundbar and Bluetooth speaker. The third floor has a Lounge adjacent to the primary bedroom. The fourth floor contains a Family Room. And on the fifth floor, you'll find a Living Room along with a second kitchen and dining room.

Note: the Music Room, Lounge and fifth floor Living Room can be converted to additional bedrooms with pullout double beds.

Each of the home's five Bedrooms is equipped with a king-size bed, linens, extra pillows and blankets. For your comfort, all bedrooms feature air conditioning and heating, as well as as room-darkening wooden shutters or shades. Ample clothing storage with hangers is provided for your convenience. The two guestrooms on the fourth floor have writing desks suitable for work.

Note: the Music Room, Lounge and fifth floor Living Room can be converted to three additional Bedrooms with pullout double beds.

There is a Powder Room on the first floor and 4 Full Bathrooms on all other floors. Depending upon how many guests are in the house, the four full bathrooms will either be exclusive to one bedroom or can be shared. For your convenience, towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer are provided in each bathroom.

The property features two gardens. The Front Garden is a great place to have coffee and enjoy the morning sun. The private Courtyard/Kitchen Garden is perfect for outdoor dining and remains cool during the summer months due to the limited amount of direct sunlight.

The separate Laundry Room contains a full-sized washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

The sixth floor features a rooftop Octagonal Observatory Room that overlooks the city and offers guests 360-degree views of the Boston skyline.
